Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain it well and set aside while you get the shrimp ready.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter is bubbling, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Let them cook for about a minute, just until the garlic smells amazing.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
4. Gently toss in the cooked spaghetti, chopped parsley, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Mix everything together so the pasta soaks up all those delicious flavors.
5. Serve right away while it’s hot and enjoy every flavorful bite!
