Ingredients
1 cup of cooked spaghetti
1 cup of marinara sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab your garlic bread and cut it in half lengthwise, creating a top and a bottom.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and a little salt and pepper. Stir until everything is nicely coated and cheesy.
Lay one half of your garlic bread, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Spoon the spaghetti mixture generously over the top, spreading it right to the edges. Place the other half of the bread on top to make a big, hearty sandwich.
Wrap the whole loaf in foil and pop it in the oven for 15 minutes. Then, open up the foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes to get that cheese bubbly and the top golden.
Once it’s out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh basil for a bit of color and a lovely aroma. Slice and enjoy while it’s warm and gooey.
