A rich, layered dessert that captures the irresistible flavors of a Twix bar—crumbly crust, smooth chocolate, creamy cheesecake, gooey caramel, and a glossy ganache topping.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed digestive biscuits)

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

For the Chocolate Layer:

1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

⅓ cup heavy cream

For the Cheesecake Layer:

2 cups cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the Caramel Layer:

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

For the Chocolate Ganache:

1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

½ cup heavy cream

Prepare the Crust:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the chocolate layer.

Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together using a double boiler or microwave (in 30-second increments, stirring between).

Pour over the crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate to set.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.

Spread the cheesecake mixture over the set chocolate layer. Smooth the top.

Chill for at least 2 hours.

Pour caramel sauce evenly over the chilled cheesecake layer.

Return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth.

Pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly.

Chill for at least 2 more hours, or overnight for best results.

Carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan.

Slice and serve cold. Optionally, drizzle with extra caramel for garnish.
