🧄 Ingredients:

- 8 oz (about 225g) pasta (penne or linguine work great)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb (225g) raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 lb (225g) turkey sausage, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth (optional for depth)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
🍳 Instructions:

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced turkey sausage and cook until browned (about 3–4 mins). - Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink (about 2 mins per side). Remove both and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes, cook until slightly blistered (2–3 mins). - Deglaze with white wine or broth (if using). Stir in red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Return shrimp & sausage to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together.
- Finish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan, if desired.
💡 Tips:
- Use pre-cooked turkey sausage for quicker prep.
- Add spinach or zucchini for extra veggies.
- Make it creamy: add 1/4 cup of cream or a spoon of cream cheese at the end!
