Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread

Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4–6

Ingredients:

  • 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti (use your favorite marinara or meat sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bread:
Slice the baguette lengthwise, but not all the way through—leave a hinge. Hollow out some of the soft bread inside, creating a cavity for the spaghetti.
  3. Make garlic butter:
Mix softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread garlic butter inside the hollowed bread evenly.
  5. Fill with spaghetti:
Spoon cooked spaghetti mixed with your favorite sauce into the cavity of the bread.
  6. Add cheese:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the spaghetti.
  7. Close the bread and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
  8. Bake:
Bake for 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the top.
  9. Serve:
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Tips:

  • Use leftover spaghetti or make a quick sauce for fresh pasta.
  • Add cooked meatballs or sausage inside for extra protein.
  • For a cheesy crust, sprinkle extra cheese on top before unwrapping for the last 5 minutes.
