Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4–6
Ingredients:

- 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti (use your favorite marinara or meat sauce)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat
Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the bread:
Slice the baguette lengthwise, but not all the way through—leave a hinge. Hollow out some of the soft bread inside, creating a cavity for the spaghetti. - Make garlic butter:
Mix softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. - Spread garlic butter inside the hollowed bread evenly.
- Fill with spaghetti:
Spoon cooked spaghetti mixed with your favorite sauce into the cavity of the bread. - Add cheese:
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the spaghetti. - Close the bread and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
- Bake:
Bake for 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the top. - Serve:
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Tips:
- Use leftover spaghetti or make a quick sauce for fresh pasta.
- Add cooked meatballs or sausage inside for extra protein.
- For a cheesy crust, sprinkle extra cheese on top before unwrapping for the last 5 minutes.
