Ingredients:

- 2 lbs crab legs (snow crab or king crab)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange crab legs in a single layer in a baking dish or on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce evenly over the crab legs.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to keep moisture in.
- Bake crab legs for 15–20 minutes until heated through and fragrant.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Tips:
- Serve with crusty bread or steamed vegetables to soak up the buttery sauce.
- For extra richness, brush crab legs with additional melted butter before serving.
- You can also broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a slight caramelization.
