🧂 Ingredients:

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)
- Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, sea salt, or drizzle of white chocolate
🍳 Instructions:
- Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and powdered sugar (if using).
Stir until well mixed and sticky. - Shape the Balls
With clean hands, roll mixture into small 1-inch balls.
Place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up. - Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil/butter, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. - Dip the Balls
Using a fork or skewer, dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat. Tap off excess chocolate and return to tray. - Decorate (Optional)
While chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles, sea salt, or other toppings.
Chill until set (about 15 mins in fridge).
🍬 Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer!
