🕒 Ready in: 20 minutes (+ chilling)

🍽️ Makes: ~24 balls

🧂 Ingredients:

3
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, sea salt, or drizzle of white chocolate

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base
In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and powdered sugar (if using).
Stir until well mixed and sticky.
  2. Shape the Balls
With clean hands, roll mixture into small 1-inch balls.
Place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  3. Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil/butter, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Dip the Balls
Using a fork or skewer, dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat. Tap off excess chocolate and return to tray.
  5. Decorate (Optional)
While chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles, sea salt, or other toppings.
Chill until set (about 15 mins in fridge).
