- Prep fruit: Make sure all canned fruit is well drained and cherries are dried with a paper towel to avoid thinning the yogurt.
- Mix base: In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla yogurt and mini marshmallows.
- Add fruit & extras: Gently fold in oranges, pineapple, grapes, cherries, coconut, and nuts if using. Stir until evenly coated.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors blend and the marshmallows soften.
- Serve cold: Spoon into small bowls or cups and top with extra fruit or coconut if desired.
This Vanilla Yogurt Ambrosia is sweet, creamy, and bursting with fruity flavor—ideal for potlucks, brunch spreads, or a nostalgic dessert with a healthier twist.
