Ingredients

3
  • 8 oz thinly sliced roast beef (deli-style or leftover roast beef)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla wraps or large flour tortillas (optional, for rolling)

Instructions

5
  1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  2. Assemble: Lay roast beef slices flat, slightly overlapping to form a large rectangle. Spread the horseradish mixture evenly over the beef.
  3. Roll: Carefully roll the beef slices tightly into a log or, if using tortillas, spread the filling on the tortilla, layer with beef slices, and roll.
  4. Chill: Wrap the roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Slice: Remove wrap and slice into 1/2-inch thick spirals.
  6. Serve: Arrange on a platter and garnish with extra chives or parsley.

These spirals are a crowd-pleaser—easy to make ahead and full of bold, creamy, savory flavor. Perfect for cocktail parties or appetizers.
