  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (cold)

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, yogurt (or coconut cream), honey/maple syrup, and lemon juice to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Process: Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides as needed. If it’s too thick, add a splash more juice.
  3. Serve soft: Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture.
  4. Or freeze: For a firmer consistency, transfer to a piping bag or container and freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping or swirling.
