- Blend: Add frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, yogurt (or coconut cream), honey/maple syrup, and lemon juice to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Process: Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides as needed. If it’s too thick, add a splash more juice.
- Serve soft: Enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture.
- Or freeze: For a firmer consistency, transfer to a piping bag or container and freeze for 1–2 hours before scooping or swirling.
