- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Prepare dough: In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
- Make dough: Add flour, salt, and olive oil to yeast mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8–10 minutes. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare crazy crust: On a floured surface, roll out dough into a 14-inch circle. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly around the edges of the dough (about 1–2 inches wide). Fold the cheese-filled edges over and pinch to seal, creating a stuffed crust with cheese inside. Sprinkle dried herbs over the crust.
- Add toppings: Spread pizza sauce over the center, then top with mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
- Bake: Transfer pizza to a baking stone or sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
