- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

- Prep broccoli: Steam or boil broccoli until tender (about 5 minutes), then drain and finely chop. Let cool slightly.
- Mix: In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cheddar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form patties: Shape mixture into 6–8 small patties using your hands.
- Cook: Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with sour cream, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
These patties are freezer-friendly and can also be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
