Broccoli Cheese Patties are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with cheesy goodness. These easy patties make a perfect snack, appetizer, or veggie-packed side dish that even picky eaters love.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

  1. Prep broccoli: Steam or boil broccoli until tender (about 5 minutes), then drain and finely chop. Let cool slightly.
  2. Mix: In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cheddar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form patties: Shape mixture into 6–8 small patties using your hands.
  4. Cook: Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve: Enjoy hot with sour cream, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

These patties are freezer-friendly and can also be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
