This Pistachio Delight Fudge combines creamy white chocolate with nutty pistachios for a sweet, buttery treat that melts in your mouth. It’s a simple yet elegant dessert that’s perfect for holiday trays, gift boxes, or a midweek indulgence.

Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla for a milder flavor)
- ½ cup chopped roasted pistachios (plus extra for topping)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:

- Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting some hang over the sides for easy removal.
- Melt the chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
