• 500ml single cream

• 1 tin condensed milk (397g)

• Dash of vanilla extract

• 10 Ferrero Rocher (for the mixture)

• 10 Ferrero Rocher (for garnish)

• Fresh raspberries (for garnish)

• Fresh basil (for garnish)

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whip the single cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the condensed milk and a dash of vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the Ferrero Rocher: Crush 10 Ferrero Rocher into small pieces and fold them into the cream mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Transfer to a Mold: Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Freeze: Cover the top with the overhanging plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully set.
